Florence joins Water4 with a background in community development and water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH). In her role as WaSH Champion, Florence provides support to our French-speaking enterprise partners by facilitating market-based WASH trainings. She is also responsible for reporting and data collection. Florence’s work is motivated by her love for her community and desire to see communities change by empowering them to improve their situations and solve their own problems. She has dedicated her life to serving others and feels privileged to be living her childhood dream.
