Cavina joined Water4 in February 2023 to serve as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. She is originally from Bangkok, Thailand but grew up in a suburb of Oklahoma City and graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2015 with a B.A. in Human Relations and Non-Profit Management. She transitioned to the world of marketing by surprise in 2016 when her worship-leading internship with MediaLight Asia in Chiang Ra, Thailand turned into a Worship + Social Media Management Internship. And because of that first unexpected introduction, she has found herself passionate and successful in the field of marketing in both the private and public sectors for the past 7 years.

After hopping around different cities since 2017, she and her husband Drew are now settled in Nashville, TN with their 4 year old cat, Recce. They enjoy creating content together, playing music, cooking gluten/dairy-free foods, and playing Catan with friends!
