Richard has a master’s degree in international studies and a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness, both from Oklahoma State University. Richard’s relationship with Water4 began in 2012 when he purchased a set of drilling tools from Water4 to drill irrigation wells for the agricultural work he was doing in Sierra Leone. He continued to work with Water4 in Ghana and became a full-time employee in 2015.

Richard now manages all of Water4’s operations in Ghana as the Managing Director of 4Ward.
