Mandy has worked in the urban water sector for 15 years, supporting projects in the U.S., Asia, and Latin America. She comes to Water4 from the World Bank’s Global Water Practice where she coordinated the first Global Solutions Group for water supply and sanitation, and developed multi-donor partnerships to promote water security. Her passion is to bring together donors, investors, governments, and communities around their shared interests in sustainable, market-based solutions for water supply.
Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Spanish from Marquette University, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
