Fraterne joined Water4 in Summer 2019, bringing with him over five years of research, monitoring and evaluation experience gained through his academic studies and work with international humanitarian organizations. From his home country of Rwanda, he will use these skills to manage Water4’s partner-focused impact and quality assessments – ultimately ensuring program quality and the realization of strategic objectives for the organization.  

Combining his desire to help others with his passion for data, Fraterne credits God with leading him to a successful, already award-winning, career.  Fraterne looks forward to serving God’s people alongside his Water4 colleagues as he furthers building his career.
