The Development Services Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing all gifts, completing thank you letters, and recording donation information in Salesforce, as outlined in Water4’s gift acceptance policy. This role will act as the donor database specialist with a strong focus on data analysis, working to identify trends, and notifying the Development department of opportunities to enhance fundraising. This role will implement the cultivation and stewardship of entry-level donors and will maintain and manage a portfolio within a specific gift range.
The Development Services Coordinator also supports general Development efforts by assisting with donor stewardship activities, organization and support of events, prospect research, and donor-facing communications. This role also provides complex and confidential administrative support to the Senior Director of Development. Requires ability to gain in-depth knowledge of Water4 operations, liaise effectively, lead, and manage time effectively.
