As the Water4 Administrative Coordinator, you will help our organization create and execute schedules and manage administrative tasks assigned to you by the various Water4 departments while participating as a member of the Operations team. This position’s responsibilities will include things such as managing the office in Oklahoma City, greeting guests and communicating with staff, managing incoming calls and emails, assisting executives with their schedules, providing support for the Water4 board, and in general maintaining an effective workflow in the office.
The Administrative Coordinator position may also take on many other duties regularly associated with office management, including filing, faxing, creating memos and reports, and performing other clerical duties as assigned. This position will be based at the Water4 HQ and will be required to be in the office to complete your work. This is an exciting position at an internationally focused nonprofit with room for growth!
