Without a professional service model, non-functional hand pumps can remain in disrepair for long periods of time, leaving rural communities to find alternative sources. This customer-oriented approach promises a downtime of no more than 48 hours for a low monthly fee of around US$8-10 per month for an entire community. The iNsurance model holds the enterprise accountable for ensuring functionality while supporting business growth.
